Happy New Year is an action comedy–drama film, directed by Farah Khan. Starring Deepika Padukone, Shah Rukh Khan, Abhishek Bachchan, Boman Irani, Sonu Sood, Vivaan Shah and Jackie Shroff, the film is slated to release on 23rd October, 2014.
